Uli Dopfer

Uli Dopfer is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of Adtran’s operations and providing strategic financial guidance, analysis and insights that support the decisions driving the company’s economic success.

Prior to his role at Adtran, Uli served as CFO at ADVA for seven years, leading the company through various key financial initiatives. He was also president of the company’s North American subsidiary, assuming full legal responsibilities for the region. Earlier in his career at ADVA, Uli held several roles, including VP of financial planning & analysis and corporate services. This saw him optimizing key financial processes, systems and support infrastructure.

Uli skillfully integrates his operational expertise with his extensive financial knowledge, steering Adtran confidently through a rapidly expanding but often unpredictable business landscape. He is committed to ensuring the company's growth is not only significant but also sustainable and profitable. His current activities at Adtran build on more than two decades of robust industry experience.
